This notice covers the waitlist and contact forms on the BoxCut website.
What you share
The waitlist collects your name, email, company, and business type. The contact form collects your name, email, and message. Please don’t include payment details or sensitive customer records in a message.
How we use it
We use these details to manage the waitlist, send BoxCut launch updates, and answer questions. Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare’s database and notifications are sent to our team’s Gmail inbox through Cloudflare. This website also loads fonts from Google Fonts.
Security and spam prevention
The submission dashboard requires an administrator login. We use a short-lived, hashed IP identifier to limit repeated form submissions. Hosting and email providers may process technical information to deliver and protect these services.
Your choices
To update or delete a submission, leave the waitlist, or ask about your information, email support@boxcut.app. We keep submissions while they are needed to manage the waitlist or respond to your request.
